I’m now posting once a week, if that. I just can’t be motivated. I don’t know why. I’ve still been reading people’s blogs though, but committing that blogger sin of not commenting.
What have I been up to in the real world then?
I’ve finally cracked my new church (and by ‘new’, I have actually been going there on and off for about a year!) and made some friends! This has been a real answer to prayer. It’s hard to make friends. I’m very grateful for some girls taking me under their wings. Coffee dates are the best. Even if I have to go shopping as well. I am not a shopper.
We had a wine and cheese night at work to celebrate our new clinic that has opened. We invited a bunch of people and I ate lots of mini quiches and didn’t have to cook dinner that night- score!
I went pet-sitting at a new house with a new doggy. He was quite naughty, not anything horrible, just didn’t have basic manners. I think he’s good for his family… but just didn’t listen to me! His owners say that they go away a lot so I might be looking after him again.
My highlight of the week though was getting a question answered on the website of one of my favourite podcasts! Answer Me This is an English podcast in which people write in their questions and the hosts answer them. It’s really funny and makes me miss living in the UK. I was having trouble sleeping one night and I checked the website (which I rarely do) and there was my question! I got so excited but it was like 2 in the morning and nobody cares because nobody has heard of the podcast so I just had to lie there in the darkness and giggle to myself.

It must be something in the air - my blog's feeling a bit unloved of late, too. I have plenty of things to write about, though, so I should really get onto that.
Huzzah for the good things happening in your life right now! Long may they continue. :)
Well if it makes you feel any better...I sometimes or most of the time have to MAKE myself post. I'm in a weird place with my blog...I want to change the name/format but I also am lazy and don't feel like working on it. Plus...all I want to do is watch TV/movies when I get home from work!
I'm excited for your new friend making venture...I know it can be weird and awkward but you're obviously doing a great job. Lord knows the last time I made a friend "in real life"...I wish we lived closer!!!
And yay for the question being answered! That is so exciting!

That is awesome news about your church. I love that point where you finally start to feel at home at a place like that... I haven't been there in a while but I'm hoping soon. :)
And now I'm going to go do another Zombies, Run!. I'm up to mission 10, and apparently there are new missions that my app just installed? I just updated it today. Wooo more story!
It's alright, I only post when I have something to say. So sometimes I post a lot, and sometimes not. So I'm not judging :).
I still read blogs though! (I should have a new post up today, btw.)
Yay for the church and the friends! Friends are the best.
